We open our home as a B&B, so please take it as read we are welcoming, warm people, committed to providing an excellent service.

• Norwich City FC (Carrow Rd & Colney Training Ground).
• The University of East Anglia,
• All visitor attractions in Norfolk (Buses run every 10 to 15 minutes to the city centre and the bus stop is only a few yards from our front door. Alternatively there is a Park and Ride within 2 minutes drive and we are able to organise taxis with our local, friendly taxi company, Abbs Cabs).
